Overview

ApexDial AI is a browser-based platform for organising outbound voice work. It models bots, teams, and assignments, then layers call handling on top with transcription and automated summaries.

01 — The challenge

Outbound calling at any volume generates an enormous amount of unstructured detail — who called whom, what was said, what happens next. Most tools either record everything and leave you to listen, or capture so little that the record is useless a week later.

02 — The solution

The platform treats a call as a first-class object: it has an owner, a transcript, a summary, and a place in the assignment queue. Speech-to-text runs against each call so a record can be searched rather than replayed, and the assignment model distributes work across bots and people instead of funnelling everything into one list.
