Overview

A pipeline that takes a topic and carries it all the way to a published video — script, voice, imagery, assembly, upload — with no manual step in between.

01 — The challenge

Video production is a chain of small tasks that each demand attention. Automating it means solving not one problem but five, and making them hand off to each other reliably enough that the whole thing can run overnight without supervision.

02 — The solution

Each stage is a discrete component — script generation, local text-to-speech synthesis, image generation, stitching with subtitles, then upload and scheduling. Because synthesis and generation happen on my own hardware rather than through paid APIs, the marginal cost per video is close to zero, which is what makes running it continuously viable.
